If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

Due to the mechanical and industrial nature of our products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The machinery or tool must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Important: For heavy machinery and fragile equipment (e.g., food processing machines, submersibles, lathe machines), we highly recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery to serve as proof in case of transit damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Machinery that has been fueled, oiled, installed, or operated.
  • Consumable items (e.g., lubricants, blades, drill bits, or packaging materials) once opened.
  • Custom-built or specially modified equipment.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or purchased during specific promotional events (e.g., Winter Sale).

3. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue.

  • We may request photos or videos of the defect or transit damage.
  • If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or a full refund at our discretion, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email or SMS notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund for heavy workshop tools or farm machinery returned simply due to a change of mind, to cover handling and logistics.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping and any arranged return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items (such as commercial dehydrators or electric motors), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged out of the box. If you need to exchange a defective unit for the exact same item, please contact our support team to initiate the exchange process.
